【摘  要】在新时期的教育环境下，教师的教学思想不断发生变化，绝大多数教师已经认识到了学生是课堂中的主体，所实施的课堂教学策略都应以促进学生的进步与发展为前提。基于此，作为一名新时期的小学语文教师，应当对学生的身心发展特点有足够的认识和了解，从而有针对性地实施能够提高学生学习兴趣的教学方法，以求呈现出精彩纷呈的小学语文课堂教学效果。而本文将对新时期小学语文的教学策略进行一番阐述说明。

在过往的小学语文教学中，学生的课堂主体性并不被教师所重视，所以教学策略多以教师的自说自话为主，课堂氛围十分枯燥，又由于小学低年级学生的注意力难以长时间集中，导致最终的课堂教学效果不太理想。基于此，新时代的小学语文教师要重视学生的课堂主体地位，在了解学生的基础上研究出能够促进其进步发展的教学策略，从而达到发展学生语文学科素养，优化学生语文学习水平的目的。下面笔者将结合自身从事小学语文教师的教学实践经验，对新时期的小学语文教学策略作以下几点研究。

一、利用激发学生学习兴趣的信息技术

在教育资源高度丰富的时代环境中，信息技术可以创设直观形象的画面，充分集中学生的课堂注意力，有效避免学生出现走神的现象。……
