【摘  要】写作是学生输出知识的过程，其对学生的语言运用与表达能力提出了较高要求。尤其是在进行英语写作时，不少学生都表示无从下手，在学习英语写作知识时遇到了不少障碍。如今教师为了提高英语写作教学质量，开始在核心素养理念的引领之下对英语写作教学进行反思，并积极探寻创新初中英语写作教学的有效策略。因此，本文将以人教版初中英语的写作教学为例，探讨教师如何在核心素养视域下开展写作教学。

My View on Junior High School English Writing from the Perspective of Core Literacy

【Abstract】Writing is the process of students outputting knowledge， and it puts forward higher requirements for students' language use and expression skills. Especially when writing English， many students said they were unable to start， and encountered many obstacles in learning English writing knowledge. Nowadays， in order to improve the quality of English writing teaching， teachers begin to reflect on English writing teaching under the guidance of core literacy concepts， and actively explore effective strategies for innovating junior high school English writing teaching. Therefore， this article will take the writing teaching of junior high school English of the People's Education Edition as an example to discuss how teachers can carry out writing teaching from the perspective of core literacy.

英語核心素养实际上是学生在英语学习过程中应形成和具备的，可适应其终身发展与未来社会发展需要的重要素质与能力，涵括了四个方面的内容：一是学生的语言能力;二是学生的思维品质;三是学生的文化品格;四是学生的学习能力。当学生在核心素养教育中形成了这几种重要素质与关键能力，其英语学习水平将得到显著提高。为了贯彻落实核心素养理念，教师还应审视目前英语写作教学中存在的问题。

一、核心素养视域下初中英语写作中的主要问题

培育学生的英语核心素养是当前英语教师的新任务，教师应在核心素养理念的引领下重构英语课堂教学，立足于英语核心素养教育的本质要求，培养学生应具备的英语核心素养。从写作教学来看，学生的英语核心素养发展水平较低，这一问题反映在他们的英语写作上，可体现为以下几个方面。……
