【摘  要】沙盘游戏可分为个体沙盘和团体沙盘两种。当前很多中学已配备沙盘游戏辅助辅导器材，而且心理健康教育教师也已具备沙盘游戏疗法的相关知识，沙盘游戏疗法在中学心理健康教育工作中得到广泛应用并已取得良好效果。本文将对这些应用案例进行列举与分析，以期促进中心心理健康教育的发展。

The Application of Sand Table Game Therapy in Middle School Mental Health Education

【Abstract】Sand table game can be divided into individual sand table and group sand table.At present， Many middle schools have been equipped with sand table game auxiliary counseling equipment. And the mental health education teachers have the relevant knowledge of sand table game therapy. Sand table play therapy has been widely used in the mental health education of middle school and has achieved good results.This article will enumerate and analyze these application cases in order to promote the development of the center's mental health education.

一、沙盘游戏疗法的概念

沙盘游戏療法也可称为箱庭疗法或沙箱疗法，它是一种将分析心理学理论和游戏疗法结合起来的心理疗法。沙盘游戏疗法是一种非言语的、无意识层面的交流，所以对不易用或不愿意用语言进行沟通的求助者是一种有效沟通与治疗方式。在沙盘游戏疗法中，求助者使用沙具在沙箱中按照自己的想法制作一个场景，将自己潜意识中的心理冲突展现出来。求助者的制作沙盘过程本身也是一种心理治疗过程，求助者在这个过程中不仅能够了解自己内心，化解自己困惑，也能激发自己内心的疗愈力量，解决自身的心理问题。

沙盘游戏可分为个体沙盘游戏和团体沙盘游戏两种。个体沙盘游戏是一位心理咨询师面对一名求助者，利用沙盘游戏解决求助者的心理问题;团体沙盘游戏是指一个团队（2～8人）共同使用一个沙箱和一套沙具，按照一定的规则进行沙盘游戏。个体沙盘游戏主要目标是对求助者进行心理治疗;团体沙盘游戏不仅能使个体在其中得到治疗，还能促进团队协作和提升团队凝聚力。……
