摘要 随着互联网技术的发展，传统教育与信息化技术深度融合，线上线下混合式金课成为建设一流学科、一流专业的重要举措。以动物生物化学课程线上线下混合式“金课”建设为例，从搭建线上教学平台、教学互动和教学评价等方面进行了探索。

Practice and Exploration on the Construction of Online and Offline Blended “Golden Course” —Taking Animal Biochemistry Course as an Example

Abstract With the development of Internet technology and the deep integration of traditional education and information technology， online and offline blended “gold course” has become an important measure to build first class disciplines and first class majors. This article took the construction of an online and offline blended “golden course” of animal biochemistry course as an example， and explored from building an online teaching platform， teaching interaction and teaching evaluation.

2020年，突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情使学校的教育教学受到了前所未有的挑战，直接破坏了教师和学生熟悉的课堂体验。为了达到教育部“延期不停教，延期不停学，延期不停研”的要求，全国上下积极开展了各种在线教学，教育的信息化程度得到了前所未有的提升。疫情后全国高校线下复课，实现线上线下混合式教学模式的转变，探索未来教与学关系的进一步演化，成为高等教育必须面对的新命题[1]。笔者以动物生物化学课程线上线下混合式“金课”建设为例，从搭建线上教学平台、教学互动和教学评价等方面进行了探索。

1 “金课”的内涵及动物生物化学课程的特点

2019年4月9日教育部办公厅正式发布《关于实施一流本科专业建设“双万计划”的通知》，提出“2019—2021年分别建设10 000个左右国家级和省级一流本科专业点”的主要任务[2]。一流本科建设的关键是科学定位培养目标，重点是加强课程与教学等内涵建设[3]。2018年6月，“金课”概念首次被提出，随后“淘汰水课、打造金课”也正式被写入教育部文件[4]。……
