【摘  要】如今我国在发展过程中一直都十分提倡素质教育，并且致力于将人文关怀应用在教育管理过程中，最主要的目的是不断提高学生的综合素质能力，进而为社会输送更多优秀的人才。学校在发展过程中会开展一系列活动，在众多的活动中最为主要的就是学生的教育管理活动，教育管理活动的开展效果直接体现出了学校的管理水平，同时也在一定程度上影响了人才的培养质量。教育人员在开展小学教育管理工作的过程中，要将人文关怀理念贯彻始终，要时刻注重关心学生的身心健康情况，引导学生树立正确的思想价值观念，将关注点放在学生的未来人生发展方向上，这样才能达到更好的小学教育管理效果。

【Abstract】Nowadays， our country has always advocated quality education in the process of development， and is committed to applying humanistic care in the process of education management. The main purpose is to continuously improve the comprehensive quality of students， and then deliver more outstanding talents to the society . The school will carry out a series of activities in the process of development. Among the many activities， the most important is the education management activities of students. The effect of education management activities directly reflects the management level of the school， at the same time， it also affects the quality of talent training to a certain extent.In the process of carrying out primary school education management， educators must carry out the concept of humanistic care， always pay attention to the physical and mental health of students， guide students to establish correct ideological values， and focus on the future development direction of students .In order to achieve better primary education management effect.

一、人文关怀的教育管理模式概述

时代在快速发展的同时，我国教育也在进行快速的变革。目前我国致力于将人文关怀融入教育管理工作中，打破原有的管理模式，形成一种全新的具有时代性的教育管理模式。在传统的发展过程中，小学教育管理模式过于单一，对学生的衡量标准较少，这就直接导致教师无法对小学生进行正确的教育管理，小学生在成长发展的过程中会出现不同程度的心理问题以及学习问题，这对学生日后的成长发展都会造成极为严重的影响。我国一直都提倡素质教育，将人文关怀融入在教育管理过程中是开展素质教育的前提基础。……
