【摘  要】积极心理学是当前心理学研究的一个重点问题，与传统心理学不同的是，积极心理学要求人们关注人的积极品质，而不是仅仅注重于对人的缺陷和问题的研究，试图通过人的积极力量，带动自身以及环境的共同发展。中学教学阶段是学生身心健康发展的重要时期，在此过程中对学生进行积极心理学的教育，有助于培养学生积极的认知品质和特性。本文在此基础上，对积极心理学的基本观点，以及实施的具体方式进行研究，希望能提高我国中学教学水平。

An Analysis of the Application of Positive Psychology in High School Teaching

【Abstract】Positive psychology is a key issue of current psychological research. Different from traditional psychology， positive psychology requires people to pay attention to the positive qualities of people， instead of focusing only on the research of peoples defects and problems， and trying to pass people the positive force of the country to drive the common development of itself and the environment. The high school teaching stage is an important period for students' physical and mental health. In this process， positive psychology education for students will help cultivate students' positive cognitive qualities and characteristics. On this basis， this paper studies the basic viewpoints of positive psychology and the specific methods of implementation， hoping to improve the teaching level of high schools in my country.

中学阶段的教学包含的内容较多，学生不仅需要进行知识的学习，同时也需要注意到个人心理发展、个人性格的塑造等问题。并且在新课改发展背景下，加强积极心理学在中学教学中的应用，有助于促进学生的全面发展，帮助学生养成良好的心理认知，提高学生适应社会的能力。所以把积极心理学的理念以及知识应用到中学教学过程中，无论对于学生还是教师来说，都是一个积极的尝试。

一、积极心理学的基本观点和认识

积极心理学是心理学研究中基于传统心理学发展而来的一个新模式。在传统的心理学研究过程中，主要以人的心理问题、心理疾病的诊断和治疗为中心，主要研究重点是人。积极心理学主要是从积极的主观体验、积极的个人品质以及社会关系出发，进行相应的研究。……
