摘  要：伴随着新课改的推进，新课标给教师的教学提出了越来越高的要求，在此背景下，如何达成教学优化的进行，就成为了教师进行教学调整的重要目标。高中数学作为高中阶段学生所要学习的重要学科，其能否实现有效的教学进行，就直接关系着学生的未来发展。基于这一点，作为高中数学教师就更需要能将教学优化的有效进行重视起来。本文对基于课标要求的高中数学教学优化方法进行了研究，并联系实际提出了相应的问题解决方法。

Research on the optimization of high school mathematics teaching based on the requirements of curriculum standards

【Abstract】With the advancement of the new curriculum reform，the new curriculum standard puts forward higher and higher requirements for teachers' teaching. Under this background，how to achieve the teaching optimization has become an important goal for teachers to adjust their teaching. High school mathematics is an important subject for high school students to learn. Whether it can be effectively taught is directly related to the students' future development. Based on this point，as high school mathematics teachers need to be able to effectively optimize the teaching attention. This paper studies the optimization method of mathematics teaching in senior high school based on the requirement of curriculum standard，and puts forward the corresponding solution to the problem.

高中数学是高中阶段学生所要学习的重要学科之一，由于其具备的高难度和高抽象性，学生在进行高中数学的学习时总是会感觉非常吃力，这使得很多学生的学习主动性受到了影响。又因为高中阶段较为紧迫的教学时间限制，很多高中数学教师在进行教学时总会压缩教学内容，且经常使用单一的教学方法进行教学，这就对了学生的学习积极性产生了进一步的影响，造成学生学习动力较差。在当前，为了贯彻新课标的要求，实现教学优化的进行，作为高中数学教师就势必要能对自己的教学设置进行反思，尝试着明确教学中所存在的问题，再从问题入手实施相对应的教学优化调整，达成教学的有效进行。接下来，针对于如何达成教学的有效优化，笔者结合自身教学实际，谈谈自己的看法。
