摘 要 在高校理工类研究生中开设知识产权课程是高校培养科技创新人才的重要途径，也是落实知识产权强国建设的重要环节。本文以中南林业科技大学研究生知识产权课程“专利申请与专利代理”为例，介绍了该课程的培养目标、课程内容与组织形式、课程特色与实施效果，并提出优化课程的建设计划。

Construction and Practice of Intellectual Property Courses in Science and Technology Postgraduate Students

——Taking Patent application and patent agency course in Central South University

of Forestry & Technology as an example

Abstract Carrying out intellectual property course in science and technology postgraduate students is an important way to cultivate innovative talents， and is also an important part of implementing the construction of a powerful country with intellectual property. Taking the patent application and patent agency course of Central South University of Forestry & Technology as an example， this paper introduces the training objectives， teaching content， organization forms， course features， implementation results of the course， and puts forward the construction plan for optimizing the course.

黨的十九大报告明确提出要：“坚定实施创新驱动发展战略，加快建设创新型国家”“倡导创新文化，强化知识产权创造、保护、运用”。《国家知识产权战略纲要》提出在高等学校开设知识产权相关课程，将知识产权教育纳入高校学生素质教育体系。充分发挥高校在知识产权创新人才培养中的作用，优化人才培养模式，提高人才培养质量，对实现高校双一流建设，落实知识产权强国建设，推动经济社会发展具有重要的现实意义与战略意义。[1]

高校理工类研究生学习和研究的对象主要是科学技术，毕业后从事的工作通常会涉及专利、技术秘密、著作权等知识产权。而专利与其联系最为紧密，专利自始至终贯穿于理工科研究生学生学习、科研、创业过程当中，开发设计新的产品，产品的制备方法以及应用这些都可以申请专利保护，但却因为缺乏相应的课程，缺少专利申请的知识，不懂如何去申请专利，不能很好保护自己的创意。……
