摘 要 高校家庭经济困难学生就业难的问题日益严峻，大部分家庭经济困难的青年大学生都承受着较大的经济、家庭压力，相比于其他高校学生，家庭经济困难学生提升自己的机会以及渠道较少。高校在注重培养学生学习专业能力的同时，更应该加强对学生就业方面的指导与帮助。此外，也可以从提高家庭经济困难学生的综合能力以及心理素质方面、或从转变此类大学生家庭成员思想观念着手。本文通过调查研究的方式，从学校角度、家庭角度、个人角度，分析出应对就业难问题的对策。

On the Employment Difficulties of College Students from

Poor Families and the Solutions

Abstract The employment problem of college students with financial difficulties is becoming more and more serious. Most young college students with financial difficulties are under greater economic and family pressure. Compared with other college students， students with financial difficulties have less opportunities and channels to improve themselves. At the same time， colleges and universities should strengthen the guidance and help for students' employment. In addition， we can also start from improving the comprehensive ability and psychological quality of students with financial difficulties， or from changing the ideas of such college students' family members. In this paper， through the way of investigation and research， from the perspective of school， family， personal point of view， analyzes the countermeasures to deal with the employment problem.

隨着高校招生规模的扩大，家庭经济困难学生的数量也在逐年增多。根据教育部最新的统计数据显示，如今我国高校家庭经济困难大学生的总人数已经有四百多万人，占在校总人数的20%-25%。[1]严峻的就业形势之下，相比其他学生，家庭经济困难学生承受着来自经济、家庭的压力的同时，就业的困难重重更使他们倍感压力。

因此，家庭经济困难学生就业的问题就显得更为突出。本文的研究对象是来自合肥师范学院生命科学学院2015级、2016级家庭经济困难学生共132人。

1 家庭经济困难大学生就业难问题的原因探讨

1.1 学校因素
