摘  要： 软件工程专业是工程性较强的专业，校外实践基地对本科院校软件工程专业的人才培养具有重要的作用。文章肯定了校外实践基地对软件工程专业人才培养的效果，指出了校外实践基地建设和管理上面临的问题，并对此提出了相应的建议和措施。文章认为，只有通过改革创新提高校外实践基地的管理模式、实现校企双赢，才能更好地为软件工程专业人才培养提供技术与资源服务。

Abstract： Software engineering is a specialty with high engineering nature， and the off-campus practice base plays an important role in the cultivation of software engineering talents. This paper affirms the effect of off-campus practice base on the training of software engineering professionals， points out the problems in the construction and management of off-campus practice base， and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures. The paper holds that only through the reform and innovation can the management mode of the off-campus practice base be improved and the win-win situation between the school and the enterprise be realized， which can provide the training of software engineering professionals with better technical and resource services.

0 引言

信息产业及互联网行业的快速发展对从事软件开发的工程师提出了更高层次的要求，虽然我国高校每年都有大量软件工程专业的学生毕业，但高端软件开发人员匮乏一直是我国信息产业相关企业发展的阻碍，国内计算机类相关专业在人才培养过程中多延用传统的工科人才培养模式，普遍存在对学生的工程能力和综合职业素质训练不够的问题，同时缺乏训练所需的环境，培养出来的人才与产业界的人才需求有一定的差距，存在较大的脱节，毕业生不能快速适应当前IT企业的工作需求[1]。

软件工程专业要求学生要具有软件工程的相关工程理论，掌握软件设计开发、测试维护的有关技术，同时具备软件开发与项目组织管理能力。针对这个专业人才培养目标定位，国内高校对软件工程专业的人才培养模式及思路进行不断的探索[2]。……
