摘  要： 在高考招生改革和教育数字化转型的背景下，针对高校“三位一体”综合评价招生的新模式，将招生改革与现代信息技术相结合，从报名、考务、人才评价、录取等方面，提出一种基于综合评价招生信息管理系统的招生信息化解决方案。首先对系统需求分析和设计方法做了说明，详细介绍了功能设计和数据集成方法，最后阐述了系统的部署实施及安全策略。

Abstract： In the context of the college entrance examination reform and the digital transformation of education， in view of the new model of comprehensively evaluating college admissions based on the "Trinity" of universities which combines admission reform with modern information technology， a solution for enrollment informatization based on the comprehensive evaluation enrollment information management system is proposed in consideration of the registration， examination， talent evaluation， admission， etc. This paper explains the methods of system requirement analysis and design， introduces the methods of function design and data integration， describes the deployment， implementation and security strategy of the system.

0 引言

高考招生改革是教育综合改革中的一项重要内容。根据国家高考改革顶层设计的要求，浙江省率先承担起新高考改革试点的任务，并于2017年开始全面实施高校招生制度综合改革。如今，高等院校的规模在不断扩大，复杂而庞大的学生信息以及招生改革为学校提出了新的要求[1]。为顺应教育数字化转型发展趋势，高校招生改革也需要以信息化引领现代化。

浙江警察学院作为浙江省惟一一所全部招生计划实行“三位一体”综合评价招生的院校，通过广泛的需求调研和严谨的规划设计，建立一个综合评价招生信息化平台，为深化全省“三位一体”改革工作提供重要的借鉴意义和实施范本。本文从系统模块功能、数据融合共享以及系统安全角度重点论述了综合评价招生平台的设计与实践。
