摘  要：土木工程专业作为培养防灾减灾专业人才的主要组成部分，在防灾减灾人才培养方面起着至关重要的作用。而课程作为防灾减灾人才培养的主要载体，课程建设的好坏直接影响培养目标能否达成以及人才培养的质量。文章介绍并阐述了本课题组多年来在防灾减灾课程体系建设、课程内容重构、教学模式改革等方面的探索与实践，以期为地方及其他院校土木工程防灾减灾系列课程建设提供参考。

Abstract： Civil engineering， as the main component of training disaster prevention and mitigation professionals， plays a vital role in disaster prevention and mitigation personnel training. As the main carrier of personnel training for disaster prevention and mitigation， the quality of curriculum construction directly affects the achievement of training objectives and the quality of personnel training. This paper introduces and expounds the exploration and practice of disaster prevention and mitigation curriculum system construction， curriculum content reconstruction， teaching mode reform and other aspects of our research group for many years， in order to provide reference for the construction of civil engineering disaster prevention and mitigation curriculum in local and other universities or colleges.

中国是世界上自然灾害最为严重的国家之一，具有灾害种类多、分布地域广、发生频率高、造成损失重等特点。而且随着全球气候变化和经济社会快速发展，自然灾害造成的损失不断增加，且重大自然灾害乃至巨灾时有发生，中國所面临的自然灾害形势依然严峻。2008年5月12日，四川汶川发生里氏8.0级特大地震，这场新中国成立以来破坏性最强的大地震仅四川全省就有68712人遇难、17912人失踪，这场大地震给全国人民带来了巨大的心理压力和难以愈合的心灵创伤。2010年4月14日，青海省玉树藏族自治州玉树县发生6次地震，其中最高震级达7.1级，造成2698人遇难。为了顺应社会各界对防灾减灾的关注，提醒国民前事不忘，后事之师，更加重视防灾减灾，努力减少灾害损失，经国务院批准，自2009年起每年5月12日为全国“防灾减灾日”，这体现了国家“人民至上”“生命至上”的理念以及对防灾减灾工作的重视。……
