摘  要：“职教20条”提出要开展职业教育本科试点，本科层次职业教育迎来重要发展机遇期。目前，工商企业管理专业存在职业课程体系尚需优化、实践课程薄弱、实践教学监督考核机制不完善、实践课程与企业岗位需求匹配度不高、实践课程的考核机制有待完善、第二课堂价值偏小等诸多难题，该研究试图探讨本科层次职业教育工商企业管理专业课程教学改革的措施。

Research on the Teaching Reform of Undergraduate Vocational Education Business Management Major Courses

Abstract： "20 Items of Vocational Education" proposed to carry out the pilot undergraduate vocational education， undergraduate vocational education ushered in an important period of development opportunities. At present， there are many problems in the course teaching of business administration major， for example， the vocational curriculum system still needs to be optimized， the practical curriculum is weak， the practical teaching supervision and evaluation mechanism is not perfect， the practical curriculum does not match the job needs of the enterprise， the evaluation mechanism of the practical curriculum needs to be improved， and the value of the second classroom is too small.This paper attempts to explore the measures for the course teaching reform of business administration major in undergraduate vocational education.

本科层次职业教育是2014年国务院提出的新的教育体系，主要目的是解决我国高级技能人才紧缺的迫切问题，顺应国际职业教育发展的总趋势。本科层次职业教育与普通本科教育有差异，职教本科以培养高级应用性技术人才为目标，与普通本科培养的研究型和学术型人才有区别。职教本科与职教专科也存在差异，本科层次职业教育一方面注重理论视野和理论知识的扩充，另一方面注重实践技能的训练。

1  工商企业管理专业课程教学改革的意义

本科层次职业教育是全新的教育体系，目前工商企业管理专业课程大多适应普通本科或高职专科的教育体系，为了适应本科层次职业教育的人才培养目标，工商企业管理专业课程教学亟需进行改革，既要强调理论的学习，也要重实践技能的提升，旨在建立以提高就业能力为导向、强化学生实践能力和社会适应能力的人才培养目标，实现理论知识的掌握有一定的高度，同时注重能力和素质的培养。……
