摘  要：作为人类思想史上的一次伟大变革，马克思主义的诞生不仅实现了科学的世界观的确立，为人们提供了思想指引，还实现了科学的方法论的确立，为人们指出了探索路径。然而，随着时间的推移，以及各种经济、技术的进步，人们的价值观念、思想意识越来越多元化，阻碍马克思主义发展的因素也随之出现。这对高校青年马克思主义者的培养也产生了许多的影响。为此，该文以简要了解当前高校青年马克思主义者培养现状为前提，试着从加强基础教育和改进教学模式两个主要方面进行了高校青年马克思主义者培养实践路径的探讨。

On the Current Situation and Practical Path of Cultivating Young Marxists in Colleges and Universities

Abstract： As a great change in the history of human thought， the birth of Marxism not only realizes the establishment of scientific world outlook， provides people with ideological guidance， but also realizes the establishment of scientific methodology and points out the exploration path for people. However， with the passage of time， as well as the progress of various economy and technology， people's values and ideology are becoming more and more diversified， and the factors hindering the development of Marxism also appear. This has also had a lot of influence on the cultivation of young Marxists in colleges and universities. Therefore， based on a brief understanding of the current situation of the cultivation of young Marxists in colleges and universities， this paper tries to explore the practical path of cultivating young Marxists in colleges and universities from two main aspects： strengthening basic education and improving teaching mode.

與时俱进是马克思主义的理论品格，理论与实践相结合是马克思主义的基础观点。从事实上来看，马克思主义不仅指导了中国革命和建设的进行，还融入了我国的发展脉络之中，帮助形成了中国化的马克思主义。直至今天，马克思主义依然走在思想史上的前端，指引着人们。可见，马克思主义是具有时代性特点的，也是人类发展、社会发展所不可或缺的[1-3]。但在实际的高校青年马克思主义者培养过程中，马克思主义的传承与发扬却未能做到与时俱进。根据相关研究资料与网络问卷调查的结果可以发现，现阶段，高校青年马克思主义者培养主要存在着学员马克思主义信仰缺乏、基础培养不到位、培养模式单一等现状。……
