摘  要：新形势下，随着暴力犯罪不断出现，警察在处置各类违法犯罪活动中受到人身攻击和伤害的几率也在不断增加，根据公安部的统计，近年来，每年因公牺牲民警300～400多人，因公务伤残数千人，其中一部分民警就是在与犯罪嫌疑人近身对抗中牺牲和负伤的。因此，无论对基层一线公安民警还是对公安院校的在校生，加强防身自卫能力，丰富打击犯罪分子方法手段都是势在必行和紧迫的任务。

On the Basic Tasks and Teaching and Training Methods of Judo for Police Beginners

Abstract： With the emergence of violent crimes in the new situation， the probability of police being injured or name calling in dealing with various kinds of criminal activities is also increasing， every year， more than 300 to 400 policemen are killed on duty， and thousands of people are injured on duty. Some of them are killed or injured in close confrontation with criminal suspects. Therefore， it is imperative and urgent to strengthen the ability of self-defense and to enrich the methods and means of combating criminals， both for the police at the grass-roots level and for the students in public security colleges and universities.

柔道运动属于直接接触的格斗性竞技运动项目，是两名竞技者在徒手状态下利用自己的专项技術、力量、速度、耐力、灵敏以及战术方法，在一定的规则限制内进行对抗以求战胜或制服对手的方式方法[1]。 柔道技术训练是现阶段我国警察进行体能训练和徒手搏击训练的有效途径。将柔道技术与警务实战相结合，能使我们在打击暴力犯罪的同时，更大限度地保护民警自身的安全。针对初学柔道技术的学员，我们要制定科学的训练方法和训练原则。

1  柔道技术训练原则

1.1 长期系统化训练原则

柔道技术训练从初学阶段到实战对抗阶段，要经历长周期的系统化的训练阶段，从非对抗性训练过渡到对抗性训练，从对抗性训练过渡到实战训练[2-3]。学员练习柔道技术需要经历泛化阶段、固化阶段再到自动化阶段，其后继续保持高水平训练，才能实现巩固技术阶段。……
