摘  要：“网约护士”是共享经济下涉及医疗领域的一大重要成果，以“互联网+护理”的模式提供线上接单、线下服务，为患者提供便捷的医疗服务，在一定程度上缓解了院线护理的压力。2021年初爆发的新冠疫情使石家庄市民封闭在家，随之而来的是有关健康护理无法及时去医院的问题，而“网约护士”可有效解决护理的地点问题，同时也可以解决医疗方面的“最后一公里”，使这种新型延续护理满足刚需要求。该文就疫情背景下石家庄市城乡居民对“网约护士”总体认知情况展开了调查和研究。

Investigation on the Cognition of Shijiazhuang Residents to "Online Nurses" under the Background of Epidemic Situation

Abstract： "Online Nurses" is a major achievement in the field of medical care under the shared economy. It provides online and offline services with the mode of "Internet + nursing"， providing convenient medical services for patients， and alleviating the pressure of nursing in a certain extent. COVID-19， which broke out in early 2021， left Shijiazhuang residents at home， and then came to the point that health care could not go to hospital in time. "Online Nurses" can effectively solve the problem of nursing location， and also solve the "last mile" of medical care， so that this new extended care can meet the requirements of rigid demand. This paper investigates and studies the general cognition of "online nurses" among urban and rural residents in Shijiazhuang under the background of epidemic situation.

“网约护士”即患者根据自身的需求，通过各类网络途径提前预约，足不出户便可享受由护士提供的各项护理服务。纵观国外，早就提出了居家护理的概念，其服务实现了多元化、多样化，并在法律法规上确认了居家护理的有效地位。中国目前仍处于医护资源紧张的状况之下，随着互联网的不断发展，“互联网+护理”的新思路应运而生。至2015年起，各类“网约护士”平台不断发展壮大。2019年2月，国家卫生健康委员会发布《“互联网+护理服务”试点工作方案》，在六省市展开试点工作，“网约护士”获得官方认可。石家庄地区也在对“网约护士”不断进行新的尝试，安心陪护医护上门软件便是其中代表，其服务已覆盖河北省多个城市。目前，“网约护士”已获得初步发展，在疫情常态化的背景下，“网约护士”可以在一定程度上避免人员大面积聚集，防止交叉感染。……
