【摘要】网络时代背景下，线上线下相结合的混合式教学模式有效地保障了教学方法的多样性。对于基础薄弱的三本院校学生来说，教学模式的多样化和教学内容的个性化不但影响着学生的学习过程和效果，也使三本院校大学英语教师角色变得更加立体。在教师的传统课堂教學角色之外，混合教学模式使得教师角色增添了时代特点。本文描述并分析了三本院校英语教师角色线下课堂、线上学习两个阶段和传统角色延续等方面的角色构成，希冀对网络时代的英语教师角色构成研究提供一定的借鉴。

【Abstract】Under the background of the Internet age， the blended online and offline teaching mode effectively enriches the teaching methods. Since students in the third batch colleges has comparatively weak English competence， the variety of teaching methods and individuality of teaching contents play a significant role not only in the learning process and evaluation of students， but also in the changes of teacher's role. In addition to the traditional classroom teaching role of teachers， the blended teaching mode makes the role of teachers glow with the characteristics of the times. This paper mainly describes and analyses teacher's role in two procedures including off-line classroom teaching and online learning as well as the inheriting role from traditional teacher's role，hoping to give some reference to the research on the  role of English teachers in the Internet age.

一、补偿教学模式下英语教师角色内涵

《大学英语课程教学要求》中指出，新的教学模式要体现学生在教学过程中的主体地位和教师在教学过程中的主导作用。在充分利用信息技术的同时，要合理继承传统教学模式的优秀部分，发挥传统课堂教学的优势。依托由某三本院校师生共同创制的小程序，笔者所在的三本院校线上线下回环式补偿教学模式得以构建并实施。补偿教学模式可以看作一种本地化的混合教学模式，它舍弃使用线上成型且完备的系统化资源，而转向自主研发的基于本校学生学习能力、学习水平及学习兴趣而制作的小程序。……
