摘 要 伴随我国社会经济进入到新常态，创新创业逐步成了促进经济转型发展的重要方式，使得高校创新创业教育面临更大的压力。思想政治教育与大学生创新创业教育有着共同的教育目标、教育内容以及价值取向。高校加强思想政治教育与创新创业教育的融合，一方面能够提高大学生的创业水平，另一方面也能够解决大学生就业问题。为了进一步加强思想政治教育对大学生创新创业教育的促进作用，需要重视开展素质教育，提高实践活动力度、加强校园创新创业文化建设、建立创新创业实践平台，提供多样化创业途径。

Abstract As our country's social economy has entered a new normal， innovation and entrepreneurship have gradually become an important way to promote economic transformation and development， making college innovation and entrepreneurship education face greater pressure. Ideological and political education and college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education share the same educational goals， educational content and value orientation. Strengthening the integration of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities can improve the entrepreneurial level of college students on the one hand and solve the employment problem of college students on the other hand. In order to further strengthen the role of ideological and political education in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students， it is necessary to attach importance to quality education， improve practical activities， strengthen the construction of campus innovation and entrepreneurship culture， establish innovation and entrepreneurship practice platforms， and provide diversified entrepreneurship channels.

0 引言

隨着我国社会经济发展进入到新常态，创新创业在社会经济转型发展中的作用越来越大，这就要求我国高校要加强大学生创新创业教育，为社会培养出具有优良创新创业素养的人才。从“双引擎”发展战略到五大发展理念，创新与创业在社会发展中的作用逐步增强，受到了社会各界人士的普遍关注，也由此被提升到了国家战略层面。[1]在召开的十九大报告中，明确指出创新与发展是推动国家进步的重要源动力，因此进一步加强创新创业教育力度显得十分有必要。高校在开展创新创业教育过程中，要积极引导大学生参与到创新创业教育中，并为高校“培养什么样的人”提供新的内涵。[2]在“大众创业、万众创新”思想的影响下，创新创业教育对社会经济发展起到了强大的引导力，然而高校思想政治教育的作用也同样不可忽视，是培养大学生形成正确价值理念的重要途径。……
