摘 要 人是教育的中心，所有的教育方式、教育理念、教育模式、教育活动都是围绕“人”而探索、开展的，主旨都是提高人的综合素养。高校作为人才培养的重要场所，为了发挥其在人才培养上的重要作用，高校进行人才培养模式的创新已是必然之举。本文从目前高校的育人过程中的一些问题出发对“三全育人”模式的核心、原则、过程三方面对“‘三全育人模式”进行详细阐述，实现育人的精准性和实效性，为构建高校“三全育人”工作体系奠定坚实基础。

Abstract Human is the center of education. All the education methods， educational ideas， educational modes and educational activities are explored and carried out around "people"， and the main purpose is to improve the comprehensive quality of people. As an important place of talent training， in order to play an important role in talent training， it is necessary for colleges and universities to innovate the talent training mode. This paper， from the problems in the process of education in colleges and universities， elaborates the core， principle and process of the mode of "three complete education"， and realizes the accuracy and effectiveness of education， and lays a solid foundation for the construction of the work system of "three complete education".

育人，通俗的解釋就是通过各种现行方式对作为个体的人进行教育和培养，通过在实践过程中积累的已有经验和手段对人进行德、智、体、美和劳等多方面的综合教育，使得作为个体的人的综合素质不断提高。高校承担着人才培养的重任，在党和国家的领导下，为培养出合格的社会主义的建设者和接班人，将“三全育人”的教育理念与当下的人才培养模式进行融合，探索出新型人才培养模式——“三全育人”模式。

全国教育大会上提出，把社会主义建设者和后继者视为教育的根本任务，作为教育现代化的方向和目标，必须努力建立道德，智力综合训练教育体系，体育和艺术，并形成更高水平的人才培训体系。本论文科学地回答了“谁来培训，如何来培训以及为谁服务？”这一基本问题。它加深了对我国教育规律性的认识，反映了以德为本，以人为本实现的全过程。……
