摘 要 随着高等教育的快速发展，高校人才培养由精英化教育向大众化教育普及，很多高校都在思考人才培养模式的改革和创新。作为国内知名高校的四川大学也不例外，在探索拔尖创新人才培养的过程中结合自身独特优势成立玉章书院，打造以学生公寓为物理空间，将学生的日常教育、管理有效结合，为学生个性发展提供平台。本文在探讨玉章书院成立的背景、功能以及人才培养过程中的重要举措的同时分析培养过程中出现的问题，并提出建议。

Abstract With the rapid development of higher education， the talent training in colleges and universities is becoming more and more popular from elite education. Many colleges and universities are thinking about the reform and innovation of talent training mode. As a well-known university in China， Sichuan University is no exception. In the process of exploring the cultivation of top-notch and innovative talents， it combines its own unique advantages to establish Yuzhang Academy， which takes the student apartment as the physical space， effectively combines the daily education and management of students， and provides a platform for the development of students' personality. This paper discusses about the background and function of the establishment of Yuzhang Academy， as well as the important measures in the process of cultivating， and      analyzes the problems in this process， and puts forward some suggestions.

1 章书院成立的背景及功能

书院发展历史悠久。在中国绵延长达数千年以上，起于唐代，废于清末。在西方，书院有800多年的历史，以剑桥大学、牛津大学为代表。现代书院在继承古代书院培养模式的同时也有所改革和创新，是集教育、生活、文化等于一体的多功能复合空间。刘海燕、陈晓斌（2017）将现代中国大学的书院模式分为精英教育模式、通识教育模式、生活教育模式三种。清华大学新雅书院、浙江大学竺可桢书院、西安交通大学钱学森书院等都实施精英教育模式。玉章书院具有精英化的人才培养目标和方案、较小的书院规模、选拔性学生入住方式、第一课堂与第二课堂紧密衔接、密切的师生互动、高品质的通识教育的特点，是典型的精英教育书院模式。

2019年9月，四川大学本科教育最高平台吴玉章学院立足价值塑造、修身立德、人格养成、知识拓展和能力提升，结合教育部“拔尖计划2.0”“强基计划”学生培养要求，面向四川大学拔尖学生培养设立“玉章书院”。……
