摘  要：当前是一个属于教育的时代，孩子的教育问题是社会大众最关心的问题之一。因此，学校对学生的教育也成了当前社会所关注的重点内容。学生成绩是观察学生受教育程度的重要载体，成绩的好坏与高低也展现了教师的教学水平。一个班的学生成绩不尽相同，但教师所教授的内容都一样，产生这种差异结果不仅仅只是教师教学水平的影响，也是由学生自身的接受能力所决定的。本文针对这种差异产生的原因进行了深入研究和探讨，就初中数学教学设计中应用差异教育展开讨论，为开展有效率的教学提供参考建议。

【Abstract】The current era belongs to education，and the education of children is one of the most concerned issues of the public. Therefore，the education of students by schools has become the focus of current society. Student achievement is an important carrier for observing the education level of students. The quality and level of achievement also show the teaching level of teachers. The results of the students in a class are not the same，but the content taught by the teacher is the same. The result of this difference is not only the influence of the teacher's teaching level，but also the acceptance of the students. This article conducts in-depth research and discussion on the reasons for this difference，discusses the application of difference education in the design of junior high school mathematics teaching，and provides reference suggestions for developing efficient teaching.

每個学生都是有特点的个体，都有自身与众不同的特色，所以每个学生在学习上都会表现出一种差异性，有的记忆能力强，有的分析能力强、有的逻辑思维能力强、有的应用能力强等。根据学生的学习需求而展开教学设计工作是每个教育者的基本工作职责，教学者要根据学生学生特点和学生自身学习发展的需求制定差异性教学。差异性教学的分层教学能够根据学生不同层次的学习需求而开展有针对和有目的性的教学活动，在更好地推进教学工作的同时也能让学生在有效范围内接收有效教学，开展有意义的、实效性的学习活动。

1.基于非差异化的初中数学学科教学现状

就目前的发展而言，大多数中学教育机构在面向学生开展数学教学活动时，受学生自身发展的差异，以及学校教学部署和理念不同的影响，不同学校对数学学科的重视及投入力度也不同，不同层次学生学习的需求也不尽相同。……
