摘  要：在教学改革过程中，如何提高信息技术的利用水平，成为课堂教学工作改革的重点和难点。在教学过程中教师要加强对信息技术的利用，保证信息技术可以在教学工作中发挥重要的作用。在信息技术的支持下，小学语文教师在教学工作中要加强对自身教学方式的改革，在创新过程中有效地实施翻转课堂教学模式，进一步提高学生在语文课堂中的主体地位，进而有效提高课堂教学工作的效率。

翻转课堂对信息技术有着较强的依赖，信息技术在翻转课堂中发挥着不容忽视的作用。因此，小学语文教师要不断的提高自身的信息技术素养，为翻转课堂在语文教学中的应用奠定良好的基础。小学语文教师在使用翻转课堂教学方式创新语文教学时要明确翻转课堂的特征，在其特征上实施有效的教学策略，保证翻转课堂教学工作可以培养学生思考问题的能力。并且教师要在翻转课堂使用的过程中，对其使用意义进行全面的分析，以此为教学目标合理的进行翻转课堂建设，使得学生在翻转课堂中逐渐形成良好的学习习惯，促进学生的全面发展。
