摘  要：在新课程改革的背景下，信息技术融入各个阶段的教学工作中，尤其是美术等艺术类学科的教学，需要信息技术所提供的大量教学资源，为课堂教学工作扩充内容，有助于培养学生的文化艺术素养。教师必须要了解学生的学习需求，结合实际小学美术课堂教学的现状，对学生的具体情况进行考察和分析，再合理运用信息技术开展教学工作，引导学生从不同层次进行个性化、针对性的美术学习活动，切实提升现代小学美术教学工作的质量。本文从小学美术教学与信息技术教学的作用进行分析，并对实际教学的整合策略加以研究，旨在为教育者提供具体的方法。

在具体的小学美术课堂教学中，教师要根据当下的教学形式准备捕捉时代的发展方向，利用信息技术开展高效的美术教学活动，及时转变自身的教学观念与方式方法，充分发挥信息技术的科技性与趣味性，方能够提升小學美术教学的内涵。同时，教师要加强对课堂教学反馈情况的观察，在小学美术课堂教学中融入信息技术要循序渐进，而不能急于求成，由于学生与学生之间的能力水平存在差异，不同学生对于信息技术教学方法的适用度也有所不同，所以教师要依照科学的进度开展整合工作，在原有的美术课堂教学方案的基础上层层深入组织活动，如此一来，既能够有效的提升学生的课堂参与度，还可以培养学生对美的发现力与创造力，达到理想的教学效果。……
