摘  要：小学阶段正是学生身体和心理发育的关键时期，尤其是对于低年级的学生，正处于大脑思维发育的黄金时期，在这一时期内，教师恰当的带领学生进行语文写话能力的训练，能够极大的促使他们的语言思维发展，有效的提高学生的语文学科素养，对于学生今后的学习和生活都有非常重要的影响意义。文章首先针对低年级学生开展写话训练的必要性进行探究，然后分析如何结合学生的个性特点来进行针对性的写话训练，激发学生写话的兴趣，为孩子今后更好的进行语文知识的学习打下扎实的基础。

【Abstrac】The elementary school stage is a key period of the development of students physical and mental especially for lower grade students，is in the golden period of brain development，in the same period，teachers lead the student to carry on the language to write the words of appropriate ability training，can greatly encourage their language thinking development，effectively improve the studentslanguage discipline accomplishment，for students in the future study and life have very important influence. This paper first explores the necessity of carrying out writing training for junior students，and then analyzes how to carry out targeted writing training in combination with studentspersonality characteristics，so as to stimulate studentsinterest in writing and lay a solid foundation for children to better learn Chinese knowledge in the future.

小学阶段的学生刚刚步入小学，需要逐步进行写话的训练。写话是学生进行写作的门槛，如果学生无法跨过写话这个坎，就无法在今后的学习中更好的进行作文的写作。写作能力是学生语文综合学习素养的重要体现，是学生运用文字表达和交流的一种技能和技巧，写话是写作的初始阶段，随着新课程教学改革的不断深入，要求教师在课堂教学中加强对于学生的写话訓练，激发学生喜欢的兴趣，强化学生写话的技能和窍门，为接下来更好的进行作文的写作打下扎实的基础。但是现阶段，小学低年级的写话情况不容乐观，学生的写话功底比较差，经常会出现用词不当标点符号用错的问题。就需要教师结合学生的具体情况进行针对性的写话训练，激发学生写话的兴趣。……
