摘  要：在新时代的背景下，中小学教育的重点和中心是将学生培养成为一个德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的人。所以说，对中小学生来说，劳动教育那是必不可少的，要深谙劳动教育的重要论述，要将劳动技术教育设置成一门必修课程，加强建设劳动技术教育的师资力量和教研队伍，让学生能够真正地学习相关知识，促使他们获得全面发展，让他们能够在祖国的蓝天下健康成长。文章基于此点，在新时代背景下，对中小学劳动技术教育进行了審视和思考。

【Abstract】Under the background of the new era，the focus and center of elementary and middle school education is to train students to become a person with comprehensive development of morality，intelligence，physique，beauty and labor. Therefore，for elementary and middle school students，labor education is indispensable. It is necessary to have a deep understanding of the important expositions of labor education，set labor technology education as a compulsory course，and strengthen the construction of labor technology education teachers and teaching and research teams. Allow students to truly learn relevant knowledge，promote their comprehensive development，and enable them to grow up healthily under the blue sky of the motherland. Based on this point，the article examines and thinks about labor technology education in primary and secondary schools in the context of the new era.

1.中小学劳动技术教育的不足

（1）忽略劳动技术教育价值，劳动意识淡薄

劳动技术教育一直无法深入发展的主要因素，是人们对这个课程存在思想上的认知偏差，他们不能认识到劳动技术教育的真正价值，劳动意识淡薄，过于重视学生的学科成绩，注重学生的升学率，所以忽视了劳动技术教育。虽然现在讲求的是素质教育，但是高考的教育一直贯穿于中小学教育的始终，人们过于追求学生的学习成绩，虽然在理论上都认识到了劳动技术教育的重要性，但是一旦涉及到实际问题，比如学生的成绩下降、家长的压力，这些都在无形之中弱化了劳动技术教育的地位和价值。这些认知偏颇使得劳动技术教育的地位不断下降，人们只是口头上强调劳动技术教育的重要性，却没有落到实处，这其实就是我们所说的“形式主义”。……
