摘  要：高等继续教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分，充分挖掘其专业课程中的思想政治教育资源，运用专业课程所蕴含的思想政治教育元素和所承载的教育功能，针对高等继续教育学生特点和思想现状，开展“课程思政”教学模式探索实践，做好学生的思想政治教育工作，对提升高等继续教育中思想教育工作实效性，培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人尤为重要。

Abstract： Higher continuing education is an important part of higher education. It is also very important that we make full use of the ideological and political education resources in the professional courses and make good use of the ideological and political education elements contained in the professional courses and the educational functions carried by them. It is particularly important to carry out the exploration and practice of the teaching mode of "curriculum ideological politics" and do their ideological and political education well according to the characteristics and ideological status of students in higher continuing education. These are of great significance to the improvement of the effectiveness of ideological education in higher continuing education and the cultivation of socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality， intelligence， physique， beauty and labor.

一、“课程思政”理念产生的背景与内涵

（一）新时代高校思想政治教育的新要求

2016年12月，习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出，“高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，努力开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面”。[1]

2018年9月，习近平总书记在全国教育大会上强

调指出，“立德树人，这是教育事业发展必须始终牢牢抓住的灵魂”。“要把立德树人作为教育工作的主线，融入思想道德教育、文化知识教育、社会实践教育各环节，贯穿基础教育、职业教育、高等教育各领域”。[2]

着力培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人，着力培养担当民族复兴大任的“时代新人”，是我们党在新时代关于“培养什么样的人、如何培养人、为谁培养人”这个根本问题上，對高校加强和改进思想政治教育工作提出的新要求、新任务。……
