摘  要：创新创业教育、劳动教育与专业教育四方面的教育既有一定的独立性，却又密切相关。其中专业教育是基础，创新创业教育、劳动教育是实践，四者不能相互替代，但可以相互渗透、融合促进。目前四者的融合教育程度不够，“四张皮”问题突出。以《餐饮管理实务与运营》课程改革为例，文章从人才培养计划的调整、课程改革的具体实践以及初步成效等方面，详细阐述了如何将创新创业、劳动教育融入到专业教育之中，形成“专业+创新+创业+劳动”四位一体的融合教学新模式。最后提出融合教育理念的认同、课程体系的设置、师资队伍的建设、平台资源的有效整合，以及创业创新教育扶持政策适度普惠到专业教育等方面的建议，以推进立德树人教育目标的实现。

Abstract： The education of entrepreneurship and innovation， labor education and professional education are both independent and closely related. Professional education is the foundation， innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education are the practice. They can not be replaced each other， but can penetrate and promote each other. At present， the integration education level of the four is not enough， and the problem of "four skins" is prominent. Taking the course reform of "catering management practice and operation" as an example， this paper expounds in detail how to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship， labor education into professional education from the aspects of adjustment of talent training plan， specific practice of course reform and preliminary results， so as to form a new teaching mode integrating "specialty+innovation+entrepreneurship+labor". Finally， some suggestions are put forward， such as the recognition of the integrated education concept， the setting of the curriculum system， the construction of the teaching staff， the effective integration of the platform resources， and applying the support policies of entrepreneurship and innovation education to professional education， so as to promote the realization of the education goal of "cultivating talents by virtue".

创新创业有助于推动我国经济结构调整、增强发展新动力、走创新驱动发展道路。同时，当前经济面临下行压力，“双创”为稳增长、防风险、扩就业做出了一定贡献。做好大学生双创教育，在帮助大学生创造财富的过程中，同时也帮助其实现精神追求和自身价值。2020年3月，中共中央、国务院印发了《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》，进一步强调坚持立德树人，把劳动教育纳入人才培养全过程。创新创业教育的落地，靠的是知行合一、勤劳奋斗，离不开劳动实践，吃苦耐劳，锲而不舍。……
