摘  要：一流专业与一流课程建设已经成为高校培养综合创新型人才的重要突破口，是高校建设发展的永恒任务。通过分析一流专业与一流课程之间的关系，提出要以专业建设为根本，课程建设为媒介来精准定位人才培养方案，优化课程内容，注重产学研相结合，强调通过加强专业课程建设、实践教学建设和师资队伍建设来推动国际经济与贸易一流专业建设。

Abstract： The construction of first class major and courses has been the breakthrough and the perpetual task for cultivating comprehensive and innovative talents in universities. By means of analyzing the relationship between first class majors and courses， it is essential to orientate talent training program based on majors and courses construction. The optimization of courses contents and attaching importance of the combination of production， education and research are also put forward in the paper. In order to push the construction of international economy and trade first class major， it is prerequisite to strengthen the construction of specialized courses， practical teaching and faculty.

在國家和各地统筹推进双一流建设的进程中，根据社会需求明确专业定位是高校专业建设的重要内容。随着中国进出口贸易迅猛发展，外贸企业所需要的复合型人才与高校传统的人才培养模式之间难以实现有效衔接，国际经济与贸易专业建设急需适应社会需求的变化。若要培养出与经济社会发展战略需求相一致，能够适应社会、适应人才市场的毕业生，则需从专业和课程这两个核心维度出发进行全面思考。

一、一流课程内涵分析

2019年10月，教育部发布的《关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见》中明确指出：“课程这一要素是人才培养的核心要素，课程的质量直接决定了人才培养的质量”。课程是知识的载体，课程建设主要是为教学服务的。要想打造一流课程就要有一流的教育目标，制定一流的教学内容，以恰当的教学方式将课程内容传输给学生。

高等教育的目标与基本任务就是培养人才，一流课程的目标也不例外，课程的核心价值亦在于培养人才。……
