摘 要：采用文献资料法，以哈尔滨体育学院运动人体科学专业为例，对学生实验实践能力培养的必要性、培养现状进行分析，探讨加强学生实验实践能力培养的主要内容与实现路径。研究结果表明，加强运动人体科学专业学生实验实践能力培养无论从国家相关政策、国家相关教学标准，还是优化专业培养质量、增强专业竞争力角度都是非常必要的。增强运动人体科学专业实践能力培养日益得到体育院校的共识，通过培养目标课程设置、教学方法评价方式、实验室建设与实践创新等路径加强运动人体科学专业学生实践能力培养，是提升优化运动人体科学专业培养质量的有效手段。通过加强哈尔滨体育学院运动人体科学专业实验实践能力的培养进行研究，以期为优化运动人体科学专业人才培养质量提供可参考依据。

Abstract：By using the method of literature and taking kinesiology major of Harbin Sport University as an example， the paper analyzes the necessity and present situation of the cultivation of studentsexperimental and practical ability， the paper discusses the main contents and realization ways of strengthening the cultivation of studentsexperimental and practical ability. The results show that strengthening the training of the experimental and practical ability of the students majoring in kinesiology， no matter from the relevant national policies and the relevant national teaching standards， or optimize the quality of professional training， enhancing professional competitiveness is very necessary. It is increasingly recognized by sports colleges and universities to strengthen the professional practical ability of kinesiology， to strengthen the cultivation of the practical ability of the students majoring kinesiology by the ways of training target courses， teaching method evaluation， laboratory construction and practice innovation， it is an effective means to improve and optimize the training quality of kinesiology specialty. Through strengthening the cultivation of the experimental and practical ability of kinesiology major in Harbin Sport University， the paper aims to provide reference for optimizing the cultivation quality of kinesiology major.
