摘  要：课程思政是专业课的灵魂，是落实全方位、全过程、全员育人的核心环节，是马克思教育理论在新时代背景下的创新实践，需要一线教师正确认识课程思政的“三大核心问题”。笔者结合近几年研究成果，论述了课程思政的探索与形成、理论基础与内涵，结合课程思政的典型案例分析了实施课程思政的几个关键问题，总结的课程思政建设中“如何挖，怎么融”的问题。

Abstract： Ideological and political education in courses is the soul of professional curriculum， the core link of implementing all-round， whole process and all staff education， and the innovative practice of Marxist education theory in the new era. It requires front-line teachers to correctly understand the "three core issues" course of ideological and political work. Combined with the research results in recent years， this paper discusses the exploration and formation， theoretical basis and connotation of ideological and political education curriculum. Combined with typical cases of ideological and political education， this paper analyzes several key problems in the implementation of ideological and political education curriculum， and summarizes the problems of "how to excavate and how to integrate" in the construction of ideological and political courses.

隨着课程思政指导性文件《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》的出台，各级各类高校已经拉开了课程思政建设工作的序幕。有关课程思政的教学改革悄然从个体高校在“点”上的钻摸索转变成为党中央与教育界在

“面”上的共鸣[1]。伴随课程思政改革的大面积推广，高校教师们开始疑惑，课程思政是什么？为什么开展课程思政？课程思政要怎么干？等一系列的问题。本文将结合近几年研究成果，围绕课程思政的几个关键问题展开讨论。

一、课程思政的发展与形成

“课程思政”全面概括了高校“立德树人”这一根本目标，课程思政概念经历了探索、凝练、推广几个阶段，体现了我国高等教育体系改革在创新育人方面的突破。

（一）中央相关文件

从十八大召开以来，党中央、教育部不断出台重要文件逐步强调“德育”在教育中的意义、在人才培养体系中的目标和举措。2013年《关于培养和践行社会主义核心价值观的意见》明确要把社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行贯穿于从幼儿园教育到博士生教育的教学教育全过程[2]。……
