Construction of Comprehensive Risk Management System and Application of Internal Control in Enterprise Management

【摘  要】伴随着社会的不断发展，目前企业也开始对风险管理建设和内部控制建设逐渐重视起来，企业建设全面风险管理体系和内部控制制度不仅能够帮助其提高管理质量，还可以提高员工工作效率，促进企业的长久稳定发展。论文通过对全面风管体系建设和企业内控建设在企业中的重要性及意义进行分析和探讨，进而得出如何将这两种体系应用在企业管理中去，帮助企业提升和发展。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of society， enterprises have begun to pay more and more attention to the construction of risk management and internal control. The construction of a comprehensive risk management system and internal control system can not only help enterprises improve the quality of management， but also improve the work efficiency of employees and promote the long-term and stable development of enterprises. Through the analysis and discussion of the importance and significance of the construction of comprehensive risk management system and the construction of enterprise internal control， this paper finds out how to apply the two systems in the enterprise management to help the enterprise to improve and develop.

1 引言

伴随着我国经济的不断发展和建设，为各行各业也提供了广阔的发展平台，这导致出现社会竞争惨烈的现象，那么企业如何能够在这场竞技赛中脱颖而出，如何能够长久稳定地发展下去，是企业在经营的过程中值得深思的一件事情，进而这些问题的产生也为企业的管理阶级提出了更高的要求。如果企业能够在管理过程中，利用全面风险管理体系和内部控制制度的方案来对企业进行管理，那么就能够很好地解决这些问题，企业管理建设中融入这两个制度，能够提高管理质量，促进企业发展。

2 全面风管建设体系与内控制度对企业管理的重要性

将全面风控管理与内部控制应用在企业管理中，能够更好地帮助企业发展方式的改革、资源配置的强化以及为企业创造效益、规避风险等优化作用[1]。
