摘  要：随着社会经济的快速发展，社会对环境类专业的人才需求不断攀升，这也推动了环境类专业人才培养模式的不断创新。协同创新是促进资源共享的一个重要平台，其对高校人才培养模式的变革有着新的启示。本文以南昌大学环境工程专业为例，探讨了协同创新体系下，从完善教学目标和课程体系，开展创新实践教育及规范科研训练项目立项管理等方面，以“寓教于研、校际合作、校企合作”等方式构建符合新形势下环境工程专业创新型人才培养模式。

Abstract： With the rapid development of social environment， this kind of professional talent training mode has been constantly promoted. Collaborative innovation is an important platform to promote the sharing of resources， which has a new enlightenment for the reform of talent training mode in Colleges and universities. Taking environmental engineering major of Nanchang University as an example， this paper discusses how to construct innovative talents training mode of Environmental Engineering Specialty under the new situation by means of "integrating teaching with research， inter school cooperation and school enterprise cooperation" from the aspects of improving teaching objectives and curriculum system， carrying out innovative practice education and standardizing project management of scientific research and training projects.

随着我国社会经济的快速发展，环境污染问题也越来越突出[1]，急需采取相应的措施加快环境污染问题的预防与控制[2]，在此背景下，很多高校新建了环境类专业（环境科学与工程、环境工程及环境科学等）以适应社会的需求。然而现实情况下环境类专业毕业生的就业问题一直是各大高校的难题。其原因主要在于环境类专业的人才培养模式还不够完善，我国传统的“教师”、“课堂”、“教材”的教学模式往往会出现“教、学、做”分离的现象，学生往往只重视对专业理论知识的学习，而对理论知识的应用及实践这方面的能力比较匮乏，在这种模式下培养出来的学生往往难以满足市场的需求[3]。因此，如何确立有特色的人才培养目标，构建符合新形势下社会发展需求的环境类专业创新型人才培养模式，提高环境类专业人才培养质量，提升环境类专业毕业生的就业竞争力，适应社会经济发展对创新型人才的需求，已成为摆在高校教育工作者面前的一个重要课题[4-5]。……
