摘  要：习近平总书记曾明确指出，中国社会主义法治建设需要大批高素质、德法兼备的专业法治人才为基础，高校是培养社会主义法治建设人才的专业场所，所以高校必须要从法治建设战略高度出发，培养学生的法学专业知识能力素养，全面提升学生的法学知识与道德素质，使学生形成现代化法治思维理念。法学“课程思政”教育教学改革本质上就是将社会主义法治价值理念融合到高校法学教学中，利用法学课程教育本位回归，来实现德法教育无缝衔接，旨在为中国社会主义法治建设提供坚实人力资源保障。基于此，文章基于法学课程内涵与思政课程特征，从建立四位一体协同育人机制、实现“以德育人”与“依法治学”融合发展等角度出发，提出高校法学“课程思政”教育教学改革发展具体措施，为高校法学思想政治教育工作的顺利开展提供有益参考。

Abstract： General Secretary Xi Jinping has made clearly that China's socialist rule of law needs high quality professional talents with good virtue and good knowledge of law. The aim of colleges and universities is a professional place to cultivate the socialist rule of law construction. So from a strategic height， they should cultivate the students' ability of professional knowledge of law quality， improve the students' knowledge of law and moral quality， causes the student to form the modern concept of rule of law thinking. In essence， the reform of law education and teaching of "curriculum ideology and politics" is to integrate the socialist value concept of rule of law into law teaching in colleges and universities， and realize the seamless connection of moral and legal education by means of the return of law education standard， so as to provide a solid guarantee of human resources for the construction of socialist rule of law in China. Based on course connotation and ideological characteristics of law， from setting up four integrated collaborative education mechanism， the implementation of "educating people with virtue" and "research" in accordance with the perspective of integration development， this paper puts forward the measures of teaching reform of law education "courses" education in colleges and universities to provide beneficial reference.
