摘  要：文章以若干高职院校为样本，针对高职院校青年教师的思想问题、党务组织与管理制度、党务部门参与青年教师业务素质提升指导等方面，开展了扎实调研。并基于调研数据，将高职院校党建与青年教师培养工作结合起来，从优化工作理念、健全管理机制、助力业务培养等多个方面，对党建工作思路的进一步优化，乃至党建成效的进一步提升，开展了若干探讨。以求能够为高职院校党建与青年教师培养工作水平的持续提升，提供有益的参考。

Abstract： Taking some higher vocational colleges as samples， this paper makes a solid investigation on the ideological problems of young teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges， the Organization and Management System of Party affairs， and the guidance of party affairs departments participating in the improvement of young teachers' professional quality. And on the basis of the survey data， the Party construction of Higher Vocational Colleges is to combine with the training of young teachers， from the aspects of optimizing the working idea， perfecting the management mechanism， and boosting the professional training， etc. This paper probes into the further optimization of the training of thought of the Party building work and the further promotion of the party constructionis effect. In order to provide useful reference on party constructionis of the higher vocational colleges and the continuous improvement of the young teachers.

一、概述

作为高职院校教师队伍的新鲜血液，思想健康、数量充足、士气高昂、业务精湛、技能高超的青年教师队伍，不仅是推进高职院校各项工作的有生力量，亦是涌现各类优秀人才的重要源泉，更是国家高等职业技能教育实现可持续良性发展的关键人力资源基础[1-4]。因此，紧密结合高职院校发展需求，针对此类院校青年教师思维特点、性格特征等，从思想作风、业务素养、生活态度等各个领域，对其开展正确有效的引导、教育与培养工作，进而加速其成长成才，正是当前高校党建工作的一项关键任务。因此很有必要将高职院校的党建工作与此类院校青年教师培养工作结合起来，予以认真调研开展。

鉴于此，本文以成都工贸职业技术学院等若干在蓉高职院校为样本，针对高职院校青年教师的思想问题、党务组织与管理制度、党务部门参与青年教师业务素质提升指导等方面的情况，开展了扎实调研，进而从青年教师成长培养入手，对高职院校党建工作，提出了有益建议。……
