摘  要：随着我国高职院校教学诊断与改进工作的逐渐推进，相关工作已从学校方面开始转移到专业层面上，商务管理专业面临新商贸需要新人才、生源差异大和教诊改与评价不统一等挑战，文章分析了诊断与改进要求与依据，对比分析了重标准的ISO9001管理体系和重改进的PDCA循环模式的特点，基于院校实际情况，构建了基于质量提升的商务管理专业的教学诊断与改进体系并实践，对接产业链并调整了专业定位，根据发展前沿调整课程体系，在商务管理专业层面上进行了常规诊断、专项改进。

Abstract： With the gradual advancement of teaching diagnosis and improvement in higher vocational colleges in China， related work has begun to be transferred from the school to the professional level. The business management major is facing new business needs， new talents， large differences in student sources， and challenges such as inconsistent teaching reform and evaluation. This paper analyzes the requirements and basis of diagnosis and improvement， comparative analysis of the characteristics of the ISO9001 management system that emphasizes standards and the PDCA cycle model that emphasizes improvement. Based on the actual situation of the colleges and universities， this paper conducts the teaching diagnosis and analyzes improvement system for business management majors based on quality improvement. The paper connects the industry chain and adjusts the professional positioning， adjusts the curriculum system according to the development frontier， and carries out routine diagnosis and special improvement on the professional level of business management.

高职院校教学诊断与改进工作的意义重大，建立常态化周期性的教学诊断与改进工作制度对办好专业有重要意义，随着我国高职院校教学诊断与改进工作的逐渐推进，相关工作已从学校方面转移开始到专业层面上，商务管理专业面临新挑战，由于专业教学诊断与改进，涉及面比较广，且不同的专业有其不同的特质要求，因而不同专业的诊断与改进，不能用一套试卷去考评，更不能用同一种答案交卷。从商务管理专业层面上来看，由于商务管理专业的用人单位行业跨度大，新商业模式不断涌现，对商务管理人才的要求越来越高，因此对高职院校商务管理的人才培养也提出新要求，因此，高职商务管理专业急需破题，必须要通过教学诊断与改进工作，进一步提高教学质量，才能提高学生适应社会发展的岗位能力，才能拓展学生的职业后续发展空间，为社会经济发展提供高素质的管理人才。……
