摘  要：通过分析指出国内高校BIM人才培养普遍存在：“教学定位不准确、BIM单专业教学、BIM教学投入经费少以及BIM教学师资和教材短缺”等几个问题。结合鄂尔多斯应用技术学院的BIM人才培养实例，对应用型高校培养BIM技能人才提出如下几点建议：校企共建打造BIM实训平台;联合企业建设校企协同育人师资团队;采用理实结合改革BIM技能人才培养模式;依托BIM工作室培养技能人才。

Abstract： Through analysis， it is pointed out that there are many problems in the training of BIM talents in domestic universities which are the inaccurate teaching orientation， BIM single-specialized teaching， small investment in BIM teaching and shortage of BIM teaching teachers and teaching materials. Taking the BIM personnel training of Ordos Institute of Applied Technology as an example， the following suggestions are put forward for training BIM talents in application-oriented universities： The school-enterprise BIM training platform should be set up. The school-enterprise collaborative education teacher team should be organized. The combination of truth and reality to reform the training mode of BIM skilled personnel and the relying on BIM studio to train outstanding BIM engineers should be adopted.

一、概述

近年來，在国家部委及地方交通建筑行业政策鼓励推动下，作为新型信息化技术，BIM技术在建筑和交通行业得到广泛应用。目前行业对于BIM人才的需求越来越大，然而高校在BIM人才培养方面却存在很大的“缺位”。在沪全国政协委员王美华在2018全国两会提案中建议高校土木专业应增BIM技术课程以培养BIM技术运用和软件开发方面人才。为此国内很多高校已逐渐开展了BIM人才培养方面的研究。徐洁[1]、张静晓[2]、黄达[3]和韩亚平[4]等提出将BIM教学融入本科工程管理专业人才培养，并提出相关教学改革建议。张泳[5]等提出了工程管理专业3层次4阶段BIM人才培养模式。赵金先[6]等提出将BIM融入专业课程体系，并构建工程管理专业“1+2+5”人才培养模式。刘航天[7]和安凯歌[8]等对工程造价专业的BIM教学改革措施进行了分析研究。徐淑娟[9]提出了职业院校中BIM技术教学改革的方法和建议。

然而这些研究大多集中于普通本科或高职院校的工程管理和工程造价专业，而对于地方应用型高校土木工程专业BIM人才培养模式的研究相对较少[10-12]。……
