摘  要：随着教育体制改革的稳步推进和新课标的提出，小学语文教学中对学生口语交际能力的关注度不断提高。在语文教材中，口语交际训练占据的比重也在不断提高。针对小学生的口语交际能力训练，需要教育工作者的创新施教，要让同学们精确把握口语交际的技巧、规则、方法，用恰当的方式进行语言的表达。相信这对学生的语言能力的进步有积极作用。

How to cultivate the oral communication ability of primary school students

【Abstract】With the steady progress of education system reform and the proposal of new curriculum standard，the attention to students' oral communication ability in primary school Chinese teaching is increasing. In Chinese teaching materials，the proportion of oral communication training is also increasing. Aiming at the training of primary school students' oral communication ability，we need the innovative teaching of educators. We should let students accurately grasp the skills，rules and methods of oral communication，and use appropriate ways to express themselves. It is believed that this will play a positive role in the improvement of students' language ability.

口语交际能力的训练是语文教学中的重要组成部分，也是锻炼学生的语言表达能力的重要途径。语言是随着人类文明的进步而不断发展的，它也是服务于人们的生产生活需要的重要工具。具备良好的口语交际能力，才能更好的适应生活需要，满足成长需要。教育工作者要看到小学生群体在口语交际方面的特征特点，因势利导，因材施教，推动学生口语交际能力的进步发展。

1.设置趣味话题鼓励学生发言

口语交际能力的培养，最重要的是让同学们能够主动说话，愿意说话，有表达交际的欲望。如果作为老师单方面进行生硬的说教，或者提出硬性要求让同学们说话，学生的语言表达热情就会被抑制，从而降低语言交际的训练效果。基于有趣的话题进行口语交际能力的培养，这更符合语言能力发展的规律和特征，也更有利于小学生的进步成长。

比如我们学习课文《金色的鱼钩》，我会围绕钓鱼这件事展开话题，让同学们分享自己钓鱼的经历，或者分享自己对于钓鱼这件事的看法、见闻。……
