摘  要：在小学英语教学中，要注重培养学生的英语核心素养，让学生在掌握基础的英语知识的同时还要掌握最基本的听、说、读、写能力。但是在小学阶段，学生们对自己的管控能力还比较差，在课堂上活泼好动，注意力不集中，课堂教学中师生的互动很容易被学生的不良习惯所影响，所以为了提高学生学习英语的效率，学校要为小学生打造英语灵动课堂，让课堂形式丰富起来，激发学生的学习兴趣，从而提高学生的英语核心素养。

Building a smart English class in primary school and cultivating students' core quality

【Abstract】In primary school English teaching，we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' English core literacy，so that students not only master the basic English knowledge，but also master the most basic listening，speaking，reading and writing skills. But in the primary school stage，students' control ability to themselves is still relatively poor. In the classroom，they are active and inattentive. In the classroom teaching，the interaction between teachers and students is easily affected by students' bad habits. Therefore，in order to improve the efficiency of students' English learning，the school should create a flexible English classroom for primary school students，enrich the classroom form，and stimulate students' interest in learning So as to improve students' English core literacy.

在新课标改革的背景下，学校越来越重视学生学科核心素养的培养。在小学英语教学过程当中，老师们也改变了以往的说教式课堂教学模式，进而采用以打造灵动课堂为主体的新型教学模式。传统的课堂教学已不适合核心素养的拓展，更不能让学生在一种轻松、愉悦的学习氛围中收获快乐。而灵动的课堂教学模式它是根据学生的个性发展特点采用科学、合理的教学手段，在课堂上以学生为主体，老师积极引导学生学习，并且在课堂上进行一定的互动交流，活跃课堂氛围，培养学生灵活的思维方式，掌握丰富的学习方法，进而培养学生在英语方面的思维能力，表达能力，文化品质以及学习能力等核心素養，大大提高小学英语的教学效率。一定程度上打造灵动的课堂环境，也减轻了教师的课堂教学压力，可以极大地提高课堂学习的参与度，帮助学生建立起更多的学习自信，树立起良好的阅读习惯，为核心素养在英语学科中从口号认知上升到实践认知。……
