摘  要：随着我国新课程标准改革的不断深入推进，基础教育也应逐渐从“应试教育”向“素质教育”转变，这种教学模式已受到广大教育工作者的认可。就要求老师不仅要具备丰富的专业知识，还应将打造“灵动课堂”新型课堂模式贯穿到小学英语发展学生核心素养过程之中去。为此，本文将结合实例对小学英语“灵动课堂”教学课堂进行有效探究，并阐述了在实际英语教学过程中，可以运用一些英语思想教学法和教学案例来提高学生的英语素养达到灵活应用英语知识解决丰富多彩的实际问题的目的。

Create a "smart classroom" for primary school English and develop students' English core literacy

【Abstract】With the deepening of the reform of the new curriculum standards in China，basic education should gradually change from "exam oriented education" to "quality education"，which has been recognized by the majority of educators. It requires teachers not only to have rich professional knowledge，but also to build a new classroom model of "smart classroom" throughout the process of developing students' core literacy in primary school English. To this end，this paper will explore the "smart classroom" teaching of primary school English with examples，and expounds that in the actual English teaching process，some English thought teaching methods and teaching cases can be used to improve students' English literacy，so as to achieve the purpose of flexibly applying English knowledge to solve rich and colorful practical problems.

1.小学英语课堂在核心素养视域下的教学现状

（1）未符合学生发展的思维特点

在传统的小学英语课堂教学模式下，教师大多扮演着一个领导者的角色，使学生跟随着自己的思维方式，填鸭式的进行知识学习，从而让学生在最短时间内吸收最多的知识。但正是因为这种模式的长期延续，学生在英语阅读学习中思维变得机械化，不知如何去适应英语阅读的新变化。以小学英语课堂教学为例，很多学生在听到老师说：“Look the second passage first.”大多数学生会根据老师发出的任务迅速会找到对应的段落并进行阅读。但当老师提问：“Whats the main idea of the passage？” 这类概要性问题时，大部分学生常常不知道到文章哪里去找答案。对文章的主旨纲要以及背景在阅读时往往会忽略。但这却恰恰是考试阅读理解题中的高频考题。……
