摘  要：受传统教学模式的影响，对学生数学知识的讲授和成绩的提高在当前的基础教学中占据了相当大的比例，对于学生的质疑能力却缺乏有效关注。对此教师在教学中要从核心素养理念出发，充分调动学生的主观能动性，可从培养学生的质疑能力出发，通过活跃气氛和创设合理的问题来引导学生进行提问和设疑，培养学生结合数学知识探究的能力，并将实际生活和课堂知识点充分的结合起来，拓展其质疑空间和提高学生思想认识，进而发展其数学学科核心素养。本文结合当前数学教学情况，就小学教师在核心素养理念下如何培养学生质疑能力进行简单分析并提出有效策略。

Research on the cultivation of students' Questioning Ability under the core literacy

【Abstract】Influenced by the traditional teaching mode，the teaching of students' mathematical knowledge and the improvement of their performance occupy a large proportion in the current basic teaching，but they lack effective attention to the students' questioning ability. In this regard，teachers should start from the concept of core literacy and fully mobilize students' subjective initiative in teaching. They can start from cultivating students' questioning ability，guide students to ask questions and set questions by activating the atmosphere and creating reasonable questions，cultivate students' ability to explore combined with mathematical knowledge，and fully combine real life and classroom knowledge to expand their questioning space And improve students' ideological understanding，and then develop their core quality of mathematics. Combined with the current situation of mathematics teaching，this paper makes a simple analysis of how primary school teachers cultivate students' Questioning Ability under the concept of core literacy，and puts forward effective strategies.

小學生思想简单、活跃，其思维方式具有很强的可塑性，是教育过程中的起点和重要时期。培养学生的质疑能力不仅能唤醒学生的问题意识，也能促使其思维真正的活跃起来，从而更加主动和积极的参与课堂学习。因此教师在教学中要注重对学生问题意识和思维灵活度的培养，引导学生去发现问题、解决问题，在培养学生质疑能力的基础上提高其数学应用水平。

1.活跃教学气氛，促使学生敢于质疑

数学学习需要理性思考和思维活跃性并重，要求学生具备一定的数学基础，并在此基础上敢于质疑。但当前的小学生在课堂上缺乏勇气，羞于或者耻于向教师提问。……
