摘  要：新时代对辅导员职业发展提出新要求，辅导员职业发展的现状及反思性促使高校辅导员职业发展研究的视野得到更深层次拓展。概括来说，早期的辅导员职业研究在研究视角、研究方法和内容上存在一定局限。在未来，关于辅导员职业发展问题必然也必须在国家高等教育的大背景下，在重新梳理和深刻思考高校辅导员职业定位、理性审视辅导员职业发展内容的基础上，借鉴更宏大的职业和社会视野（尤其是国际视野）中得到更深入的研究。

Abstract： The study of career development of college counselors is an important topic among the academic circles， and new requirements for the career development of counselors are raised in thenew era. The current situation of counselor career development and the reflective nature of the counselor career development research have prompted the university counselor career development research horizon to be expanded in a deeper level. To summarize， the early research on counselor career development has certain limitations in terms of research perspectives， research methods and contents. In the future， the issue of career development of counselors must be studied more deeply in the context of national higher education， on the basis of reorganizing and deeply thinking about the career orientation of university counselors and rationally examining the content of counselor career development， and drawing on a broader professional and social vision （especially the international vision）.

一、高校輔导员职业研究现状概览

关于“辅导员职业”的较早论述是胡刚的《略论高校辅导员队伍的职业化》一文，提出要加强辅导员队伍的职业化建设，必须严格准入标准，健全准入机制，明确辅导员的职责和定位等[1]。在高校扩招之前，高校辅导员的职业发展问题并没有引起太多关注，直到高校招生规模扩大之后，高校辅导员人数急剧增加，对于高校辅导员职业发展、职业化与专业化问题引起更多关注。例如，唐亚阳提到，高校辅导员队伍职业化建设既考虑辅导员的政治地位，又考虑他们的经济地位，更考虑他们的学术地位。只有这样，才可能改变辅导员工作是“临时岗”“中转站”的观念，使之成为人们可以终身从事的职业[2]。江新华在《高校辅导员职业的专业划分问题研究》中先是对“高校辅导员是不是一种……
