摘  要：在理工科高校人文素质培育中，建设完善的思政课程有助于提高学生综合素养、强化学生社会责任感并拓展学生人文文化视野。然而，相比文科类高校与综合性高校而言，在理工科高校教育发展中经常会出现重视理工科课程建设而忽视思政课程建设的问题。当下，理工科高校人文素质培育的理工科课程建设中，存在着学校重视度不足、缺乏良好师资力量、学生自我管理能力薄弱、思政教育实效性低下等问题。因此，在理工科高校人文素质培育下为加强思政课程建设，需学校给予高度重视、培训优秀教育工作者、提高思政课堂管理质量、实施多渠道多模式的教学策略。

Abstract： In the cultivation of humanistic quality in science and engineering colleges and universities， the construction of perfect ideological and political curriculum is helpful to improve students' comprehensive accomplishment， strengthen students' social responsibility and expand students' humanistic and cultural vision. However， compared with liberal arts colleges and comprehensive colleges， in the development of science and engineering colleges and universities， there are often problems of attaching importance to the construction of science and engineering courses and neglecting the construction of ideological and political courses. At present， in the course construction of science and engineering， there are some problems such as insufficient attention， lack of good teachers， weak self-management ability and low effectiveness of ideological and political education. Therefore， in order to strengthen the construction of ideological and political curriculum in humanistic quality training of science and engineering colleges and universities， colleges and universities should attach great importance to train excellent educators， improve the quality of ideological and political classroom management， and implement multi-channel and multi-mode teaching strategies.

隨着我国素质教育的不断发展，各大高校已经将提高学生综合素养、拓展学生人文文化视野、强化学生社会责任感与政治认同感放在教育的重要位置。特别是在社会主义核心价值观提出来之后，高校思政课程建设引起越来越多教育工作者的关注和重视。然而，由于深受应试教育、教育理念等的影响，在我国理工科高校人文素质培育中往往存在着思政课程建设步伐缓慢、教育实效性不强、学生参与积极性低下等问题。与文科类高校、综合性高校做对比，理工科高校更加容易出现重视专业课程建设而忽视思政课程建设的问题。所以，在现如今理工科高校人文素质培育中，如何有效推进思政课程建设并提高思政教育质量，这将成为理工科高校教育发展的重中之重。……
