摘  要：突发的新冠肺炎疫情使在线教学迅速成为应急状态下普通高校的主要教学方式。疫情期间，高校组织开展全员在线教学的主要困难在于此前缺乏开展大规模在线教学的经历和经验，以及疫情突然爆发所带来的心理困扰和多种客观条件限制。根据在线教学工作实践，归纳了疫情期间应急组织管理的主要过程和要点。依靠应急工作机制和平时布局建设，高校总体上打赢了在线教学的应急战。后疫情时代，在线教学将成为高校的常态，混合式教学将是大势所趋，在线教学组织管理亟需加强系统谋划。

Abstract： Because of the outbreak of COVID-19， online teaching becomes quickly the principal way of teaching in our regular colleges and universities. The major difficulties in carrying out online teaching in the time of emergency include the lack of experience and management system on massive online teaching， and the psychological distresses and the limitations of many kinds of objective conditions caused by the sudden outbreak of COVID-19. The whole organization and management process and the key points of the online teaching for emergency are presented according to the experiences of carrying it out. Overall， universities win the emergency war of online teaching， counting on the emergency management mechanism and strategic arrangement and construction on it. After COVID-19， online teaching will be the norm， and blended teaching will be the general trend， universities should focus more on system planning for its organization and management.

新冠肺炎疫情爆发之前，在线教学方式在普通高校中已被广泛研究和使用，发挥了探索、改革、引领等多方面的作用，但从整体上看，它在普通高等教育教学工作中还基本上处于辅助地位，与传统课堂面对面的现场教学方式相比，在线教学的总量明显还是较小的。2020年2月初，疫情防控形势非常严峻，学生不能返校，现场教学无法开展。同年2月4日，教育部印发了《关于在疫情防控期间做好普通高等学校在线教学组织与管理工作的指导意见》[1]，意味着在线教学即将在短时间内成为非常时期最主要的教学方式，所有高校乃至整个高等教育界都面临两项大考，必须在做好疫情防控工作的同时，应急组织实施全员性的大规模在线教学。……
