【摘 要】在互联网+时代的今天，高职学院大力发展教育信息化，全面深入地运用现代信息技术来促进教育改革与发展。但是在信息化建设过程中，不可避免的出现了急功近利、注重应用，忽视基础网络建设，信息化人才短缺，信息化推进受阻等各种需迫切解决的问题，只有通过统筹规划、稳定经费投入、培养信息化队伍、完善管理制度等多方面入手，才能有效的促进高职学院信息化水平的提升。

Problems and Thoughts in the Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges

【Abstract】In the Internet plus era today，vigorously develop the vocational college education informatization， comprehensive use of modern information technology to promote the reform and development of education.But in the process of information construction，inevitably appeared eager for quick success and instant benefits，pay attention to the application，to the neglect of basic network construction，information talent shortage， information push blocked all urgent problems，only through overall planning，stable funding input，information team training，improve the management system etc.in many aspects，in order to effectively promote the level of informationization of Higher Vocational College.

教育信息化建设是促进职业教育改革与发展的重要手段，也是信息技术与教育事业相结合的产物。随着“互联网+”国家政策的制订，作为对接地方经济，培养高素质专门技能型人才的高职院校都把教育信息化建设作为了提升学院办学品质的抓手，建设开放、共享的数字化网络环境，建立依托信息技术的新型现代教育和管理模式，以创新实践互联网+教育的重大变革。

1 高职学院信息化建设中面临的问题

1.1 注重信息化技术的应用，忽视校园网络的基础建设

各高校在经过数字化校园项目的多年建设后，投入应用的信息化软件越来越多，信息化应用的手段也日渐丰富。但是校园网络基础设施设备常常被大家遗忘，大批的高职学院校园网络建成已达到5年以上，因为在办学经费紧张、网络改造升级费用昂贵等各种理由的搪塞下，各高职院校在校园网络基础设施设备上的投入几乎为零。……
