【摘  要】新课改的背景下，对学生的学习和生活提出了更高的要求。因此，在小学教育阶段，小学班主任的德育工作尤为重要，在进行班级管理时开展德育是硬性要求，并且班主任要在德育工作中有效地实施激励策略，促进教育工作的革新，进而保证教学质量与教学效率。本文围绕小学班主任德育中如何有效实施激励策略展开论述分析。

How to Effectively Implement Encouraging Strategies in Moral Education of Primary School Teachers

【Abstract】Under the background of the new curriculum reform， higher requirements are put forward for students' study and life. Therefore， at the stage of primary education， the moral education work of the primary school head teacher is particularly important. It is a mandatory requirement to carry out moral education when conducting class management， and the head teacher must effectively implement incentive strategies in the moral education work to promote the innovation of education. In order to ensure the quality of teaching and teaching efficiency. This article discusses and analyzes how to effectively implement the motivation strategy in the moral education of the primary school headteacher.

一、小学班主任德育中存在的问题

（一）缺乏完善的激励策略

班主任作为班级管理的主导者，要充分发挥自身引导者的作用，言传身教，促进学生发挥主观能动性，让学生自主展开德育知识的学习，这样不仅可以让学生有所收获，还可以有效促进班主任实施德育工作，提高教学质量与教学效率。然而，经过调查研究可知，在我国小学德育中，大部分的小学班主任没在德育工作没有实施激励策略，导致实施德育有一定局限性，只是在出现问题时才对学生进行德育，也或者只是惩罚犯错了的学生。这样的问题严重影响了教育的整体水平，因此班主任要想解决这一問题，就应该在德育中实施激励策略。

（二）小学教育中缺乏德育实践活动

目前的小学德育中，大多都是由班主任向小学生简单粗暴地灌输德育知识，很少会有小学生具备发言权，只是被动地接收班主任传授的知识，这样的教育方式造成了小学生并没有真正地掌握德育知识，只是在当下的教育中、学校里、面对教师时接受了德育，会遵守德育的要求，德育并没有真正落在实处。……
