摘  要：小学阶段是学生成长的关键时期，而小学老师作为学生踏入学校的引路人担任着重要的职责，小学班级管理又是现阶段家长们关心的一个重要问题。针对小学的学生管理，需要老师给予学生更多的关系和爱，耐心的引导学生开展学习，带他们开启学校生活的大门，教会他们科学的学习方法培养，培养他们良好的学习习惯。而班主任是班级工作的管理者和引导者，是学校与学生、家长质安监联系的纽带和桥梁。教师的本质在于“育人”，让学生树立正确 的人生观、价值观。文章通过分析小学的班级管理中存在的问题，希望能针对存在的问题提出解决对策，强化小学的班级管理。

Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures in Class Management in Primary Schools

【Abstract】 The primary school stage is a critical period for the growth of students，and primary school teachers play important responsibilities as guides for students to enter the school. For the management of primary school students，teachers need to give more relationships and love to students，patiently guide students to carry out learning，lead them to open the door to school life，teach them scientific learning methods，and cultivate their good study habits.Primary school class management is an important issue that parents care about at this stage. The head teacher is the manager and guide of class work，and the link and bridge between the school and the students and parents of quality and safety supervision. The article analyzes the existing problems in the class management of primary schools，hoping to propose solutions to the existing problems and strengthen the class management of primary schools.

大多數教师认为管理和教学是两个工作，其实不然，二者相辅相成，缺一不可。作为教育基石的小学更是重点关注对象。而管理正是以班级为单位，班级里又会以班干部进行小型划分，形成了一个简单的社会体系。班主任担任“国王”一职，避不可免的会出现“一言堂”模式，要求学生不知所谓的服从，忽略其内心的真正想法，“暴君”与“暴政”也由此产生。而要避免这种情况的产生，就要求教师更新管理工作理念，绝不仅仅是约束课堂纪律，还要进行人际关系协调，情感引领，同时还要看好学生的本职工作--学习成绩。要做好这些并不容易，这需要教师认真对待管理工作，并从中找出不合理之处，通过前人经验以及实际情况分析总结更新管理模式，事半功倍，才能大大提升管理效率。……
