摘  要：2019至2020学年第二学期的开学时间持续延后。为保证春季教学时间，根据教育部的文件精神，各级政府主管部门为保证春季教学时间及优化教育教学计划原则，相继做出了今年暑假调整至7月18日放假。那么相较于过往7月1日的暑期时间，本学期大致向后调整了三周左右时间。7月，全国大部分地区已经进入传统的高温天气，高温天气对于学校体育课程的开展将是严峻的考验。高温天气不仅影响课堂教学质量，还可能造成安全事故。所以在这三周左右的时间内，学校体育教学如何有效开展，值得我们认真思考。

How to effectively carry out physical education in high temperature weather from the perspective of safety

【Abstract】The opening time of the second semester of the 2019-2020 academic year continues to be delayed. In order to ensure the spring teaching time，according to the document spirit of the Ministry of education，in order to ensure the spring teaching time and optimize the principles of education and teaching plan，the government departments at all levels have successively adjusted the summer vacation to July 18. Compared with the summer time of July 1st，this semester roughly adjusted back about three weeks. In July，most parts of the country have entered the traditional high temperature weather，which will be a severe test for the development of school physical education curriculum. High temperature weather not only affects the quality of classroom teaching，but also may cause safety accidents. Therefore，in the three weeks or so，how to effectively carry out school physical education teaching is worth our serious consideration.

2020年初，由于春季开学时间大幅延后，各级主管部门在保证春季学期教学时间及优化教育教学计划原则基础上，做出了今年暑假调整至7月18日放假的安排。7月，全国大部分地区已经进入传统的高温时期。通过气象数据网查询到2019年历史天气数据，以笔者所在的城市苏州为例，进入7月，苏州的平均气温29度，最高气温达到33度。据以往普遍情况来看，各学校的体育课程一般集中在上午三四节课时间及下午时间，这个时间段是全天温度最高的时间段。天气—作为影响体育活动开展的重要因素之一，高温天气不仅影响课堂教学质量，还可能造成安全事故。七月的体育课，将是对学校课程的开展造成严峻的考验。所以在这三周左右的高温时间内，学校体育教学如何有效开展，值得我们慎思。……
