摘  要：新课改的实施注重培养学生的学习能力，引导学生实现全面发展。此教学目的的实现离不开课堂教学，而课堂教学是师生互动的过程。因此，在组织初中道德与法治课堂教学时候，教师需要立足课改要求，增强师生互动，借此在增添教学魅力的基础上，引导学生的自主、合作、探究，提高课堂教学教学质量。

Suggestions on Enhancing Teacher-Student Interaction in Junior Middle School Morality and Rule of Law

【Abstract】 The implementation of the new curriculum reform focuses on cultivating students learning ability and guiding students to achieve overall development. The realization of this teaching purpose is inseparable from classroom teaching，and classroom teaching is a process of teacher-student interaction. Therefore，when organizing classroom teaching of ethics and rule of law in junior high schools，teachers need to base themselves on the requirements of curriculum reform，enhance teacher-student interaction，and guide students independence，cooperation，and exploration on the basis of adding teaching charm，and improve the quality of classroom teaching.

众所周知，教师是课堂教学的组织者、引导者，新课改的实施要求教师转变传统掌控课堂的教学方式，在尊重学生自主性的基础上，实现与学生积极互动，从而使学生在在师生交流、生生对话的过程中，既能享受到学习的乐趣，又能获得有价值的道德与法治知识，提高学习质量。那么，我们要如何在道德与法治教学中有效地实现师生互动呢？

1.提高教师的专业能力

教师的专业能力是实施教学的保障和基础，在新课改背景下，提升教师的专业能力，是一个永恒的话题。对此，要想实现道德与法治课堂中师生之间的有效互动，教师首先要提升自身的专业能力。

（1）树立互动教学观

教学观念是教师组织教学活动的依据和指导。在传统的初中道德与法治教学实施过程中，大部分教师深受以知识为本该教育理念的影响，在一上课，就开始按照教材内容向学生大讲特讲理论知识。而且，在灌输知识的过程中，很少给予学生思考、探究的機会，导致学生的学习效果不尽如人意。……
