摘  要 分析海上险情处置与救援指挥课程教学中存在的问题，提出课程教学改革措施：重新梳理教学内容，构建海上险情处置与救援指挥课程教学体系；针对教学模式较为单一的问题，建立案例教学、情境教学等多模式教学样式；建立形成性评价与综合评价相结合的评价方式，较好地激发学员参与评价、主动思考的积极性，使整体教学效果得到增强。

Abstract This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of maritime danger disposal and rescue command course， and puts forward the teaching reform measures that reorganizing the teaching content， and constructing the teaching system of maritime danger disposal and rescue command course. Aiming at the problem of sin-gle teaching mode， multi-mode teaching mode such as case teaching and situational teaching is established. The establishment combina-tion of formative evaluation and comprehensive evaluation is a grea-ter extent to stimulate the enthusiasm of students to participate in the evaluation of active thinking， so that the overall teaching effect has been improved.

0  引言

海上抢险救援是海警担负的任务之一，培养高质量的海上应急救援人才是院校课程教学的重要目标。海上险情处置与救援指挥课程是航海技术与管理专业人才培养方案中的专业课之一，对救援人才培养质量的提高具有重要的支撑作用。当前，该课程存在教学内容需要调整、教学方法需要探讨、评价方式需要改进等诸多问题，亟待进行教学改革，探索增强教学效果行之有效的方式方法。

1  目前课程教学中存在的问题

海上险情处置与救援指挥课程以航海基础、舰艇操纵、海洋气象、舰艇生命力等课程为先修课程，重点讲授自身发生险情以及其他船舶发生险情时的险情处置与救援方法，知识面较为广泛，主要包括海上险情分类、遇险自救、救生设备、遇险报警信号的发送与遇险通信、救援船的操作、救助艇拖带作业、海上救助、直升机救助等。传统教学过程中主要存在三方面的问题。……
