摘  要：在小学课程道德与法治的学习中，课程教学效果直接影响学生道德水平的进一步完善，影响了学生综合素养的提升，作为教师在进行道德与法治的授课中需要采用多样的教学方法，通过独具吸引力的课堂环境，提高学生的整体综合素养，发挥教学的有效性。笔者主要从道德与法治教学课程中存在的问题进行探讨，并总结出有效的提升策略，分析课堂教学内容从而打造出个性化的教学环境，给学生个性化的学习空间，有效提升教学效果。

Primary School Morality and The Rule of law Course Teaching Problems and Strategy

【Abstract】In the study of primary school curriculum morality and rule of law，the effect of curriculum teaching directly affects the further improvement of students' moral level and the improvement of students' comprehensive literacy. As teachers，they need to adopt a variety of teaching methods in the teaching of morality and rule of law，improve students' overall comprehensive literacy and give play to the effectiveness of teaching through a unique attractive classroom environment. The author mainly discusses the problems existing in the moral and rule of law teaching curriculum，summarizes effective promotion strategies，analyzes the classroom teaching content，so as to create a personalized teaching environment，give students personalized learning space and effectively improve the teaching effect.

新課程的改革实施过程中，要求提升小学生的综合素质，但是在现阶段的道德与法治教学过程中有很多问题值得注意，这些问题降低了道德与法治课程教学效率，因此教师需要逐步地完善教学中存在的问题，从而提升课堂教学效果。1.小学道德与法治课堂教学中存在的问题

国家倡导提升学生自身的核心素养，这就要求教育界要为社会培养合格的人才，而在现阶段的教育环境下，我国在小学开设了道德与法治这门课程，但是教师在教学中实际的教学经验不足，不能对学生进行系统的教学引导，很多教师教学方式单一且没有创新性，使得道德与法治的教学效果没有完全体现出来。

（1）道德与法治课程教学内容缺乏创新性。教师在讲授道德与法治课程内容的过程中，课程内容能否吸引学生的兴趣将直接影响教学的有效性。……
